Returns and exchanges policy

We have a keen eye upon customer’s satisfaction. Therefore, after delivery our return policy is covered under 30 days after delivery. Within 30 days, almost every kind of product can be returned for exchange or a complete refund.

Defective, damaged or wrong product

If you have received a defective, damaged or wrong product, please inform us within 3 days so that we can address the issue and find a resolution. It is important to notify us within the specified time frame, as we may not be able to offer a solution if the customer fails to do so.

Size issue

Before placing an order on our website, we highly recommend utilizing our sizing chart. If a customer orders a particular size and receives the product in the same size, but finds it unfit after trying it on, so contact us at support@coreoutfits.com within 30 days after delivery.

Colour

Screen resolution discrepancies can lead to minor variations in the perceived product colour. Kindly note that there might be a slight variance between the colours displayed in the photos and the actual colour of the product.

Cancellation of Order

You can request an order cancellation within 1 day of placing the order. If the cancellation is made after this period, a flat deduction of 25% will be applied to the ordered item’s amount.

Exchange

In these following cases, the customer can claim for exchange:

• If product is defective, damaged or wrong, report us along the images and original tags within 3 days.
• If product size does not fit, so contact us within 3 days after delivery.

The item must be in its original condition, including packaging and tags attached.

In case of Exchange your returned product may reach us approximately in 7 to 10 days and we shall send you a confirmation email that your return has been completed. Then your exchange order is analysed and exchange order will then be delivered to you within the next 10 to 15 business days.

Refund

Customers are welcome to initiate product returns within a 30-days period. To process your refund, please send an email to: support@coreoutfits.com In these following cases, the customer can claim for refund:

• If product is defective, damaged or wrong, report us along the images and original tags within 3 days.

The item must be in its original condition, including packaging and tags attached. Refunds will not be issued if the product is missing its original tags or packaging, or has been excessively used by the customer.

In case of Refund, your returned product may reach us approximately in 7 to 10 days and we shall send you a confirmation email that your return has been completed. Refunds will be made with same payment method through which customer paid us. And this refund process will be completed within 10 to 45 days. It depends upon bank issuance of the credit card.

Regular Updates During Processing

Throughout the return and refund process, we will keep you updated on each stage, including “Return Received,” “Inspection Complete,” and “Refund Processed” email notifications.

Please note

Customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping charges when returning the item for an exchange or a full refund. Please note that shipping expenses and any additional charges are non-refundable, we do not accept cash on delivery (COD). For defective, damaged or wrong product, return shipping charges will be covered by us.

Note: If we receive an item and find that it has violated our exchange/return policy guidelines, your request will not be processed.
