We have a keen eye upon customer’s satisfaction. Therefore, after delivery our return policy is covered under 30 days. Within 30 days, almost every kind of product can be returned for exchange or a complete refund.
If you have received a product with defects or damage during shipping, please inform us within 3 days so that we can address the issue and find a resolution. It is important to notify us within the specified time frame, as we may not be able to offer a solution if the customer fails to do so. For defective or damaged products, return shipping charges will be covered by us.
Customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping charges when returning the item for an exchange or a full refund. Please note that shipping expenses and any additional charges are non-refundable. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).
Before placing an order on our website, we highly recommend utilizing our sizing chart. If a customer orders a particular size and receives the product in the same size, but finds it unfit after trying it on, so contact us at support@coreoutfits.com within 3 days of delivery.
Screen resolution discrepancies can lead to minor variations in the perceived product colour. Kindly note that there might be a slight variance between the colours displayed in the photos and the actual colour of the product.
You can request an order cancellation within 1 day of placing the order (before shipment). If the cancellation is made after this period, a flat deduction of 25% will be applied to the ordered item’s amount.

When we receive and examine your return (generally within 3 days of receipt) then your exchange order is analysed and exchange order will then be delivered to you within the next 15 business days.

In case of Refund, your returned product may reach us approximately in 7 days and we shall send you a confirmation email that your return has been completed.
Refunds will be made with same payment method through which customer paid us. And this refund process will be completed within 10 to 45 days. It depends upon bank issuance of the credit card.
Throughout the return and refund process, we will keep you updated on each stage, including “Return Received,” “Inspection Complete,” and “Refund Processed” email notifications.
If we receive an item and find that it has violated our exchange/return policy guidelines, your request will not be processed.
